What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your product, please reach out to us at hello@buildinglittlebrains.com —we want you to love your purchase and will do our best to make it right!

What is your shipping policy?

Subscriptions ship by the 7th of each month. If you subscribe after the 10th of the month (or after that month’s box sells out), your first box will ship the following calendar month. For example, if you purchase a subscription on April 10th, your first box will ship in early May.

Individual boxes and non-subscription items ship within 5-7 days, but often sooner.

Do I need to order a box for each of my children?

Many of our families happily share their monthly box, as the activities are designed to be engaging for multiple children. Most activities can be completed collaboratively or by taking turns.

However, if you’d like each child to complete every craft individually, multiple boxes might be the way to go. We also offer extra sensory bin mix as an add-on if you’d like to create a bigger sensory bin or provide separate bins for siblings.
